Valhalla Capital Group, LLC (VCG) is a registered Commodity Trading Advisor with the National Futures Association, with a specialty in providing leading Managed Forex investment programs to investors globally.

VCG has established strategic partnerships with firms that are responsible for marketing and promoting VCG as a Commodity Trading Advisor and/or as a partnering introducing broker to institutional and retail investors worldwide. As a leading investment firm at the forefront of the Managed Forex industry, we are constantly looking for global asset management and investment marketing firms, who help investors find structured investment opportunities in the alternative investment space.

We are interested in continuing to partner with regulated Investment Advisors, Financial Planners, Asset Management firms and structured Investment Marketing firms.

Are there mandates on who can promote and market VCG globally?

The rules and regulations of the National Futures Association instructs its members that 3rd party firms wanting to establish a business partnership to promote our programs, must be registered and regulated by the National Futures Association, if they are domiciled in the United States and are promoting to United States persons.

Structured, regulated firms outside of the United States, who are promoting to QEP or Non-US persons will also be considered for potential partnership opportunities.

All interested parties are advised to do their respective due diligence to ensure they can work with NFA members and also need to ensure there are no conflict of interests for either party. VCG will complete their due diligence to ensure that all partnerships share our vision towards professional investment management, integrity, and working with responsible qualified investors only.
